Dear List Many of the contributions on this topic have struck a nerve, however I find myself drawn not to discuss my beliefs but to thank Janelle who wrote and reminded us that as Midwives we are not here to judge others but to accept them as they present themselves- which, before I get bombarded with mail, I know we all strive to practise. Spirituality as we have seen from the postings is such a  personal issue and is perceived and practised in so many different ways that I think it is timely in this discussion to remember Janelle's words, "Its not right, its not wrong, its just different"   Alesa   Alesa Koziol Clinical Midwifery Educator Melbourne
