The hospital I used to work at in Perth has child care but of course it's only during the day - mainly to cater for women coming to AN appts I think. Everyone knows that major crises of any nature NEVER happen during office hours. Furthermore, if they are going to start looking at childcare within the hospital - how about on site childcare for the STAFF to use?
