I would look at the plus being that it's 1 module for parsing,
manipulating, and formatting, rather than three. Don't worry about who is
the author so much. But also remember I'm horribly biased ;-)
OK, to show a bit of non-bias, I will say that Time::Piece doesn't work on
Windows, due to brain damage, err... I mean due to Win32 not having
strptime(). So I'd have to figure out how to do that on Win32 at some
point.
