OK, you're all probably sick of this thread by now.

However, I have written up a proposed P5EE document which gives
advice on Date/Time processing.

If anyone wants to correct anything in it, that's fine.
However, if you want to wait until later, when I put a lot
of docs up for a vote, feel free to wait.

I'm done with this thread for now.
