robotraconteurgen is used by cmake macros as part of the build system for
client libraries. It is sort of like protoc for protobuf.

These can be removed, but only cmake package files are provided.

The public API requires boost header files to compile. It doesn't look like the
openssl headers are used in the public API. I have depended on it for other
platforms but I guess it can be omitted.
