How to Detect whether HotSync.exe is running

During installation, instead of telling the user "Be sure that HotSync
Manager is not running" I'd like to have my install program detect whether
it is running.

Anybody know a way to to that?  I've enum'd the windows, but there is no
HotSync window that shows up.  I need to enum the processes.
