It can be done, because FlashBuilderIII
finds & shuts down HotSync itself.

Ok, I just played w/ my enum windows program
and it finds it -- if the settings are right.
You may be limiting your enumeration to the
visible windows.  If you remove that requirement
then you should see a window named "HotSync Manager".

I'm running NT 4.0 & HotSync is showing in
the taskbar.
