Some of my suggestions are specific to particular web pages, and without
seeing them it might be hard to communicate my points, but I'll try my best.
By the way, I'm using IE 4.01.

1) The page that is titled "Your Shopping Basket", has a button called
"Register in our database" right under the button called "Place order". I
wasn't sure whether I needed to "Register" first.

2) On the page you get when you click the "Place order" button I didn't see
any outlines for the text entry fields (name, address etc.). The only place
I saw a field outline was the dropdown list boxes.

3) On the same page, I see phantom text boxes floating around that come and
go as I scroll the screen.

4) The red paragraph is the thing that needs the most attention. This is
the section in red that begins with "Note - for products that..." It has a
lot of important information that would be more understandable if it were
organized in bulleted or numbered points. The problem I have with it is that
it is structured as one big paragraph but it contains at least two logically
distinct messages: one message involves a warning about the difference
between products that have real-time fulfillment versus those that don't.
The other message involves a description of certain steps that I, as a
buyer, need to perform later in the ordering process. I had to read the
paragraph several times to make sure I understood what it meant.

5) A later paragraph that explains the Registration Code mentions something
about "Consultant for PalmSync". That left me totally in the dark.

6) I didn't see where to enter my Pilot User Name. On my browser I only saw
a blank area of screen under the description of what a User Name is. It
wasn't until I submitted the order and I got an error message saying I left
it out that I knew it was needed. Then I had to click around until I found
where to type it in.

7) same thing with e-mail address; couldn't see where it was supposed to go.

I hope this is helpful.
