I would recommend against EasySync.  Lotus provides absolutely dismal
support, and it never works quite right.  After having many problems with
EasySync, I found that Intellisync from Puma works wonderfully.  I even
use it to replace the basic conduits.  It provides sync abilities between
many types of organizer software as well.  http://www.pumatech.com

You can do anything you want with it, filtering, exporting to CSV files,
importing, ...  I really can't say enough good things about it, and
conversely, enough bad things about Lotus EasySync.
