And you can write your conduit in Delphi, either with our stuff or these

ConduitDB http://www.envicon.de
Our's and Envicon's cost money and Paul's don't. Our's and (I assume)
Paul's will work with anything (including NS-Basic), ConduitDB has some
limitations, but is very quick to create a conduit with.
