Hi,

Thanks Keith, I see that there are fresh versions of the
Companion and Reference PDFs.  I'm currently using
the 3.5 SDK and expect there will be some fun issues
changing to 4.0, but I will start with that (we do some
low-level data structure access in our drivers).
