I'm not sure why you'd expect a C compiler (such as GCC) to be able
to set an icon name. An icon name is a UI resource, after all; perhaps
it would be more reasonable to expect a Palm OS UI resource compiler
(eg PilRC) to be able to set it. Which, as it happens, it can.
