This is very interesting. Is any way to connect a USB cradle based palm to the Win 2000 system using ppp or slip?

On Windows NT/2k you use the RAS server as the equivalent of the Unix pppd, on Win 9x >it is called DUN (dial-up networking), which contains a little known PPP server as well. >You can dial into the system through the cradle or a modem, and then route the traffic from the Palm device into another IP network. > >Cheers, >Tilo > > > >-- >For information on using the Palm Developer Forums, or to unsubscribe, please see http://www.palmos.com/dev/tech/support/forums/ > http://www.hoy.net -- For information on using the Palm Developer Forums, or to unsubscribe, please see http://www.palmos.com/dev/tech/support/forums/
