are you implying that the eclipse development suite uses prc-tools? i was always under the understanding that there was a new compiler :) (i haven't looked at the palmsource cd yet - still trying to recover)
The new PalmSource ARM C/C++ compiler is only used for Protein (OS 6) builds.
