Is there any risk of the PODS install corrupting my Code Warrior instalation?
No. All of the PODS files are contained in two folders -- a PalmOSCygwin folder (if you use our build of Cygwin), and the Program Files\PalmSource\Palm OS Developer Suite folder. The only registry entries added are for Eclipse and Cygwin drive mounts. Since CodeWarrior for Palm OS doesn't use Cygwin, there is nothing to conflict.
Personally, I've been using a couple of different PODS builds (in different folders) and a couple of different CodeWarrior installations (also in different folders) for several months, and not had any conflicts.
There is a problem right now with trying to have a PODS project hosted in the same location as a CodeWarrior project; the directory names for output files clash, but renaming folders and changing the CW output folders can get around that issue. PODS managed make likes having a "src" folder, not a "Src" one, and it wants to control the "Debug" and "Release" folders, so changing your CW project to be "CWDebug", "CWRelease" seems sound.
