When I was up in Reno, Nevada for my brother's wedding, there was a place called "Flakey Jakes" that had a great recipe for a Hamburger.
Grill the meat the way you like it. Put it on a bun. Point you to the condiments. Boy, what a selection of condiments they had. They opened one in Clovis, but sadly it was closed (permanently) when I discovered it, and tried to go there. The Fatburger we had in town now calls itself "The Colorado Grill". Their Chilidog was good eats the last time I was there. They also have larger hamburgers they make for parties (nine to fifteen pounds I think).
