Thanks to Paul for answering the question about the Bodmer Pypyri. In fact, we were the dreamers when we thought the selling of Bodmer Papyri could be prevented. Our outcry had no effect at all. But we must learn the lesson and try harder: sad to say, this could happen again.

This was not a mere dream: in spite of an international outcry, P.Bodmer
14 & 15 were sold a few months ago by the Bibliotheca Bodmeriana to a
private collector, who then offered the codices to the Bibliotheca
Vaticana. The rest of the Bodmer Papyri are, to the best of my
knowledge, still safely in Cologny/Geneva.

> Did I dream it or was the Bodmer papyri up for sale and if so does anyone know what happened to them? Also does anyone know if Codex Vaticanus will be on display whilst the Vatican Library is renovated?
