You'll have to look at the individual tester reports to figure that out.
The MSWin32 reports can be any of ActivePerl, StrawberryPerl or a version
of Perl compiled by the user locally.

Generally it shouldn't really matter.  Any differences in the success of
compiling a module with any of the MSWin32 Perl version will be more due
to differences in compiler and library setup then in the Perl itself.

For example some modules may only compile if you use a recent Windows
Platform SDK in addition to the header files and libraries bundled with
your compiler.
