There;s nothing much different about the vtkCompositePolyDataMapper or
vtkPolyDataMapper as far as the state of the
InterpolateScalarsBeforeMapping flag goes. I cannot see how that
variable can return false if it is indeed set to true as you are
saying. Can you share the plugin?
