I was thinking of doing this too. My speakers have an internal cable that 
can't be removed, that's the problem. Many switches do too. I think the two 
cables on the switch could hook to the sound cards, and the plug is where 
you'd usually hook headphones, but I don't see why speakers wouldn't work 
equally well. A mixer could work too, but I doubt there are any that are 
real small to mix a couple devices like that.
