Hi Ron, if you are looking for an portable CD player that bookmarks, I recommend the Sony DNF 610. It plays regular and MP3 CDs and I got mine for about $80 a couple of years ago. If you can't find this particular model, I would just look at the Sony portables and see if they have the bookmarking feature. HTH Norma
