Hi John, thanks for reinforcing what I have said. I have some Sony equipment 
like 
Timex, keeps on ticking, along with some jvc stuff that is 25 years old. I am 
going to throw out a sharp stereo that had the cd changer and cassette decks go 
bad soon after purchase, and have been using the amplifier for other auxiliary 
components.
