You need to use the arrow keys. Up and down alter the zoom level which determines how far you move with the left and right arrows, when navigating the file. Control left/right arrow moves you to the next marker, if I am remembering rightly. I'm pretty sure you use tab to select, just like you would in Word. Hth Amie
