Start CDEX first, then put in the cd.
You'll still get that box come up, but just make it go away.

No no no!  I'm afraid it just doesn't work that way; I start Cdex..no..wait 
a minute; I put the CD in; it gives me those choices, so I make that go 
away..then I start Cdex; is this wrong?
