Hi all, I want to use the build in spdif out located on the back of my computer rather then the analog jacks. It's a Asus p5Qse2 motherboard and it both has 7 : 1 analog outs, and one coax RCA SPDIF out. I want to connect this to my good old Creative inspiron 5700 5 : 1 surround system, and be able to listen to movies and so on in full surround. Is this possible, and will the computer send out all the 6 channels for the stuff in surround over the spdif?
