I would guess that it would be somewhere on the back. Is there a panel
hiding the bank of connectors?
I just checked on the back of my HP and it is just above the monitor
connection.
In thinking about your situation, could it be an HDMI connection rather than
a conventional cable connection? I have no idea of what that would
look/feel like!
