go to the tracertech site and you will find a couple of inexpensive phono
preamps. a valve is what the British used to call vacuum tubes. a valve EQ
would be huge.

Finding a mixer with phono inputs these days, is just like looking for a
sonic needle in a sonic hay stack.
Your best bet, is to buy a phono preamp from a hi phi stereo store and
plug it in to 1 of the sets of line ins on the mixer.
