The Origin Of "This Is A Journey In To Sound"

Hi.  
This morning I was listening to TripleJ where they played the album by Gourtier 
called "Like Drawing Blood".  
On it was a track which used a number of audio voice samples and one of them 
was something that's been used on other records.  
A British guy saying "This is a journey in to sound (Etc.).  
Does anyone know the origin of this sample?
