According to this web site: IZArc is the best way to extract zip, rar and many other archives for free Note that I don't use IZARC myself, but if I still used Windows, I'd give it a look. It sounds pretty good! I found the above web site with Google. Further note that it's spelled with a 'Z' and not an 'S', although Google got to the same web page with either spelling.
