soundforge question

hi list, i am using soundforge7. i may now spell some things wrongly, 
as i am going on audio. it says my mid sinc has gone to none, and i 
should adjust this in preferences. i went there, and found midi sinc 
number 5 of thirteen, but couldn't find out to see if it was set at 
none, or how to change it. can anyone help. brian.
