Hi Tom, Peter here. I think DVD Audio Extractor will let you see video as well, just open the program, put in the DVD and tab to the Play button; I've read that that way sighted people will be able to watch, but if you google it and read the info it'll tell you if that is correct; thanks.

I use Freemake Video Converter. It will convert video to other formats
including to mp3. It wil convert other audio to mp3 and it will rip DVD's.
And it is free. It uses menus and dialogs. find it at:
