Found mine far too boomy, and the ten metre range was rarely attained. They were comfortable and convenient. I miss them.

I could understand how that would happen given that the microphone is a moving part, still the headsets are cheap enough and 2 years worth out of it can't be complained about i don't think.

Hi!

I wrote about the Plantronics Audio 478 headset a few days ago, someone on
list commented on the Plantronics Audio 995 headset.

I've since looked that up and found it available quite cheaply so I'll
probably get one of those as well as the Audio 478 as I can use the Audio
995 in different situations given that its a wireless pari but I would
however very much appreciate any feedback from anyone on list who has a pair
of Audio 995, wireless headsets being what they are seem to vary a great
deal, I've heard some truly excellent wireless headphones - my Senheiser I
got over a year ago for $400 is a case in point - and I've heard some
absolute shockers.
