Okay well i'm not sure what you're referring to here.

Airfoil is only used if you're planning to stream audio from your computer, 
that is to say audio from your computer from sources other than iTunes which 
has airPlay built-in.

I've been using Airfoil for the last 5 years and had no problems whatever, sure 
the Windows version takes a little getting used to but again, if you have a 
little patience you can easily look up and learn the shortcut keys.
