Hmmm, the difference in size is considerable and puzzling. It would be nice to have a help file in plain text, since there is no help menu that I can find. As far as the Lame files, just look for lame.exe in Google and you will be able to download it free, then either copy the .exe and .dll to the program's folder or simply try to convert some text to MP3 and it will ask you for the location of Lame.
