Yes, Support. This draft is proposing the approach for segment stitching, which is especially useful in cross-technology scenarios. It is possible in inter-domain case that one domain BN acts as PCC, and trigger the LSP establishment in the other technology domain (acting as PCE) with PCInitiation without knowing the details in the PCE's domain.
