I bought a dual reader from SanDisk, which says it is compatible with Macs running OS 9.1, as my Mac does. I installed the software, plugged it in, and restarted the computer. And this is what I got: The Finder quits on start-up.
If I unplug the reader, the computer starts up just fine. Plug it in, restart it, and the Finder quits again. Any ideas what I should do? My Mac is basically a G3-upgraded 7600 with a dual FireWire/USB card. The USB has worked fine for a MacAlly trackball and my Palm hookup. timothy -- Signwave Finder Mail 0.5a - http://www.signwave.co.uk/ -- PCI-PowerMacs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
