Thanks for the reply, L. I tried that on your suggestion, but it didn't work.
how truly deeply sad, 8.6 and 9.1 never EVER made a hiccup here. 8.6 did not work with the sonnett upgrade though. I ran 9.1 with the startupdisk panel from 9.2.2 and the OPEN GL extensions that also ran good. (someone said that the OPENGL extensions would give better video.) L --
