I like Earthlink. The 24/7/365 service has always been there.
When I moved to an area without local dialup they continued my service free until a local number was available. I used two local ISPs for access during that time and they were both lacking service and features and any slight reduction in cost meant a great reduction in reliability.
I have had an Earthlink account for 5 years. They have Mac specialists who have always been helpful. The Spamblocker works also.

I have 3 PCI Macs running OS 9.1. I prefer Netscape and have just installed version 7. I use Eudora in sponsored mode for most email.
And occasionally NS Composer. Compared to other means I have tried these work best for me.
