I'm asking about sharing a USB printer hooked up to an iMac running 10.3.8 to a 7300 running 8.6. How is my question about getting access to my printer on my 7300 across my LAN not relevant to this PCI PowerMacs list? But to be fair, I do recognise there is a LEM list for Unsupported OSX - and I do use it when appropriate, which it _isn't_ in this case. > You might benefit from reading the list rules, which do mention it isn't > nice to hassle the nanny. Well - no offense man, but despite thinking I'd be fairly clear about my problem you've definitely got the wrong end of the stick here :-) Regards, Jamie Kahn Genet P.S. Possibly a silly question, buuuutttt... can I hook the Epson InkJet up to TWO Macs via USB at once? The printer does have an extra USB port (so total of two) on the front intended for digital cameras. Of course then I'll need an 8.6 compatible USB 1.1 card... -- If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the precipitate. -- PCI-PowerMacs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
