Dear Anthony,

I am using a Power Mac 6500 with a G-3 400 upgraded Processor. I have the
same problem sometimes. The problem is with Internet Explorer, I am
convinced. Someone suggested that I might have blocked IE from placing
"cookies" therefore the wanted Web site would not load. This is not the
case as I actually checked the "accept all cookies" square a long time ago.
My ISP has actually contracted with Yahoo for mail, etc. services & therein
lies another can of worms. I live in Sunnyvale, Yahoo's "home" & I feel
like "beating their door (on their very impressive building) down sometimes
& asking their engineers to "fish or cut bait" with their programs. As you
know, most corporations cater to Microsoft users & Mac people sometimes have
problems with company sites, software, etc. geared to a "Windows World" even
though they may be running programs designated "for Macs". I have been in
Silicon Valley long before it WAS Silicon Valley & have watched the whole
industry rise from a few pioneers. I worked for the corporation that
financed most of them "in the beginning" LOL

Anyway, if you find a workable answer, please post it. I am convinced that
the biggest part of the problem is with Internet Explorer.
Ginny
