--- I just got cable. So now i'm using Time Warner's
"Roadrunner". Like you guys I have a PCI mac. It's a
7500 with lots of goodies. It has the 10/100 ethernet
port. The guy who came out to install hooked up
everything like he should? but had no idea how to get
the mac to work with a Motorola modem SB 5100. He
wanted my IP number. I have no idea how to determine
my IP. I also have no idea how to get things to work.
So here i am on my USB viking modem with f*cking
dialup. Any ideas??
