This is what I was thinking! Or close to it: that I wrote a reply to you not
to clarify further for the general good but to further self-justify my
generally miserable, pessimistic and whingeing attitude to SCSI. And
*somehow*, clever filters knew this!

If this comes back it will be because I am not welcome to further say
another thing about SCSI. These clever filters could get a feller down
now...
