Whoops. :) I do actually have a pretty old machine as well. (looks in the closet for a moment...) Yup, I've got a 7100/80. But I don't know much about what I can do with that. It doesn't even have a CD-rom.

Although some here may be able to answer your questions you qwould be better served on the LEM "G" list.

Well, I've never owned a Mac with "slots" before. I've had an iMac G3 and I use a PowerBook at work, but this PowerMac G4 is the first machine I've purchased that actually has upgradability via slots. And since they are PCI slots, I thought that PCI PowerMacs was the list for me. :)
