This question seems like the "Champagne" name: in theory (and legally in the
European Union), just the sparkling wine from Champagne region of France can
be called "Champagne".

But in practice there's a lot of sparkling wines around the world that are
in fact, champagnes in all but the name. And in countries where EU
product-name laws are not valid (as in Brazil) you can find a lot of
Champagne-named bottles produced locally...;-D

In theory, just SCO can make UNIX. But in practice...
