try install the dvd on a next computer and see if you get the same
problem ,if you don't get the same problem , then there is a problem with
the sound or video either hardware or software ,or some corrupt file try
reinstalling the
drivers for both hardware and then try it.
if it does not work on the second computer then the dvd have a problem.
