Back on this thread.... I am having this problem now, too. Only partially, though.
Not all websites do this to me. The one I am having a problem with is one of my own. It's http://skyebird.topcities.com I transferred the site from another host. I checked to be sure that all my graphics were there in my account, and they are. They are not in an "images" folder, and shouldn't be. I didn't change my html file at all, I simply transferred all the files to Topcities. I've been doing websites for several years, and while not an expert, am far from a novice! I went to the Microsoft website, and followed the instructions, though everything seemed to be in order with my settings. I can view virtually any other website I go to. I have a brand new laptop, with IE on it, that I am not as used to as Netscape, but still have used it before. On my old computer, I can view the site fine with Netscape.
