I have a customers computer which goes into Windows ok but not into safe
mode. It comes to the safe mode screen and stops. I have reloaded windows
over the old windows and I have tested all hardware with quick tech 2002. I
have scanned for vir*s with the latest Norton update. The only thing I can
think of is to format and re-load. Does anyone have a suggestion..rich
