(Name?) No, I'm talking about the addresses given in any
TRACES and WHOIS info. Those addresses for the ISP, hosts,
etc, that are given are usually fraudulent for the Chinese
domains and spammers. In the rare case that they are not,
they never reply or do anything.

I stated in my original post on this (if you recall) that all
email sent out complaining the FIRST time IS "civil" in
nature. Any "language" only escalates after MONTHS have
passed and they refuse to do anything, and we continue to be
attacked.

>>In China things do not work like in US or in Europe.

You got that right. :)

follow regarding the >>abusive domains.

No one is, that's because there are no procedures! <laughs>
They condone abuse!

Oh, I DO! :-) That's kind of what I meant, I guess our
definition of that are just different. ;-) When several
persons/companies.... "work together to prevent the demise of
their attacking schemes, protect each other's anonymity, and
work together to insure their ability to attack is not
compromised"...., that is conspiring with one another IMO.
:-) If you don't think so, that's cool. I see it happen all
the time first hand.

No.

"Reply-To" email addresses inside a spam message are mostly
either totally
fake or belong to real people who have *nothing* to do with
the spam. In
the latter case, you can't demand an answer to your (perhaps)
threatening
email.

email accounts.

In China things do not work like in US or in Europe. I am not
familliar
with the procedures that Chinese NSPs follow regarding the
abusive
domains. Perhaps, some people hate US and the rest of the
world so they
try to get them irritated. But I don't think that this is a
conspiracy.
