I have a problem that has been plaguing me now for about a month, and all attempts to locate the problem haven't had any results. When I surf, I often open new windows by using either the right mouse click> Open In New Window or Shift Click to do the same. When I do so now, it still opens the new window, but it is minimized, and does not take the "top level" so to speak. I have attempted to locate the registry settings, after attempts at using XTEQ and resetting IE to use the default settings, and still cannot get the desired results. I still have to maximize each window to view it. And when minimizing it, it minimizes to one that is not visible (I see the window kind of fly off to the top left side of the screen if that makes any sense). Could it be that the window might be positioned just off screen when reduced? To be honest, I have noticed a few pop up windows opening off on the right side of the screen, with only maybe a half inch of so visible at times. So I'm not really sure it that has anything to do with it. (I guess I'm still trying to troubleshoot while I write this) Anyone that has any additional ideas, please let me know, as my hair is already too short to get a good grasp and pull it out. ;)
