Yes, so far the windows open on top and "pseudo maximized". I guess I'll refrain from using MAXIMIZED for sake of confusing people. ;) I have in the past, done a right mouse click in the Quick Launch Toolbar and in the properties for IE chosen "Maximized" to change from the "half size" to full size window. With my preferences for having the Google, DMOZ Editor and Dictionary.com toolbars open, if I had it any smaller, I might not see as much.
